Privacy Policy
PrimoPicks is operated by Primo Picks LLC and provides fantasy contests and pools to commissioners and the friend groups they invite.
What we collect
Your email address (used to sign in via magic link), display name, and the picks / drafts / messages you create while running or participating in a contest. Live game data shown in the app comes from public ESPN endpoints; we do not collect anything from you on behalf of ESPN.
What we do with it
Run the contests you create or join, send transactional email (magic links, contest notifications), and operate the app. We do not sell personal data, do not run ad-tech tracking, and do not share your data with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers we depend on (Supabase for auth + storage, Resend for email, Sentry for error reporting, Vercel for hosting).
Cookies we set
PrimoPicks uses a small number of first-party cookies. We do not set third-party cookies and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking.
- Sign-in session (
sb-*) — set by Supabase when you sign in with a magic link. Required to keep you signed in across pages. Cleared when you sign out. - Pick-code sessions (
pick_session_*,squares_session_*,pickem_session_*,survivor_session_*,bracket_session_*,golf_salary_cap_session_*,props_session_*) — set after you enter a pick code to access a contest you've been invited to. Lets you keep editing your picks without re-entering the code on every visit. Each cookie expires 7 days after your last activity in that contest. - Recently viewed contests (
pp_recent) — a short list of contest pages you've viewed, used to show the “Recently viewed” card on the home page so you can return to a draft or league without remembering the link. The cookie contains only contest identifiers (kind, slug, last-viewed timestamp) — no names, scores, or personal data. Entries fall off the list after a contest-type-specific window of inactivity (typically 3 days for single-game pools, 7 days for golf drafts and nightly pickem, 14 days for weekly NFL pools and brackets, 30 days for season-long fantasy leagues). Re-visiting a contest resets its window — actively-watched contests stay on the list as long as you keep checking in. The list holds at most 20 entries and the cookie itself is capped at 365 days regardless. You can remove a single contest using the “×” next to it, clear the whole list with “Clear list” on the home page card, or clear cookies in your browser.
We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling, or sharing data with third parties.
Deleting your data
Email hello@primopicks.net (or use the feedback form) and we will purge your account and the contest data tied to it.
