By using PrimoPicks you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

What PrimoPicks is

A platform for friends to run fantasy sports leagues, drafts, and pools. Available formats and their rules are shown on the site. We do not operate the contests, do not hold entry money, and do not pay out prizes. Money is settled directly between commissioners and participants.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for unlawful gambling where you live, don't harass other participants, don't attempt to scrape or load-test the service, and don't try to break into other accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it up and to keep scoring data accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. Live scoring comes from public ESPN endpoints and is subject to their delays and corrections.

Text alerts

PrimoPicks text messages (SMS) are optional. Consent is not a condition of using PrimoPicks. League text messages may include draft reminders and turn alerts, lineup and roster deadlines, league activity, and commissioner announcements, according to the preferences you choose. Messages are recurring; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all opt you out. You can also turn texts off in your account settings, site-wide or per league. Support: support@primopicks.net. We may stop sending texts at any time. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; use your league board for the current turn and deadlines. Read the opt-in instructions and Privacy Policy for details.

Your content and your account

Drafts, picks and names you enter stay yours. You can ask for your account and its data to be removed; see the privacy policy for how. Sharing a draft link makes that draft's board readable by anyone holding the link — that is what the link is for.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
